Jamie Ardigo, a former employee of Chris Burch, is suing his ex-boss on charges of "discrimination based on sexual orientation." Ardigo claims that Burch (Tory's ex and founder of the adorable C. Wonder boutiques) discriminated against him because he wasn't gay,
