Chantelle Houghton wears a bikini five months after giving birth as it is revealed she wants surgery to slim down

With everything that has been going on in her personal life recently Chantelle Houghton has plenty on her mind. But as well as getting involved in a public war of words with her ex-fiancé Alex Reid and adjusting to bring up her daughter Dolly as a single parent, Chantelle Houghton is battling her body demons too.

The 29-year-old reality star is said to want liposuction and a boob job in the New Year, to try and regain her pre-baby shape.

A friend close to Chantelle told Closer magazine: 'Chantelle cried every time she has to leave the house because she thinks she looks so bad. She goes through her entire wardrobe to try to find something she finds comfortable wearing.'
They added: 'She wants liposuction and a boob job in the New Year. She's desperate to get back to a size eight.'
Chantelle was seen enjoying a holiday in Tenerife last week and she managed to put her troubles to one side to enjoy a day at the beach with some friends
