Kanye's New Video, John Mayer vs. Taylor Swift & Much More

Wednesday, June 6, 2012
After teasing the video's release for quite some time, Kanye West dropped the visuals for "Mercy," featuring 2 Chainz, Big Sean & Pusha-T.

The pared-down video features the rappers dancing and rapping in a monochromatic parking garage, which makes sense, given that the song is named after the Lamborghini Murcielago (swerve). Say what you will about Kanye's new songs (which have been criticized for lacking the emotion of his previous work), "Way Too Cold" and "Mercy" are unlike anything on his last solo effort, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. Kanye's hungry, and he's not going to do the same thing twice. Click through for the video (and many more of his visuals).

Annette Insdorf: Paul Williams Is Indeed 'Still Alive'
Even those of us who loved the Paul Williams songs of the 1970s--like "Rainy Days and Mondays" (made famous by the Carpenters) or "Evergreen" (for which he won the Oscar with Barbra Streisand) -- didn't know that the popular artist was still alive.
