An alleged topless photo of Selena Gomez is circulating online, but it’s a fake and the actress might take legal action.
The “Wizards of Waverly Place” star is just the latest Disney personality to be the victim of a naked pic hoax.
Last month, a “leaked” Miley Cyrus nude shot proved to be fake.
“Selena’s family is pursuing all available remedies to deal with the offender,” a rep for Gomez tells Gossip Cop.
