Do you know what “umami” is? Umami is the name for our fifth taste. It’s a savory taste combined of the four basic tastes(sweet, sour, bitter, salty, savory). The word umami is borrowed from the Japanese word that means “savoriness.”
Umami Burger are very famous burger joints found in Los Angeles. Umami Burger is known for its unique burgers. They’re Japanese-Flavored burgers that cost between ten and eleven bucks. Why would anybody pay that much for a burger? For the unusual umami sauce! But Umami Burger won’t reveal how they make the sauce or get that umami taste into it. The burgers also are made with high quality organic ground beef.
And celebrities LOVE Umami Burger! Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore are regulars, as is Lisa Eisner. Jay Leno’s mentioned it, and after reading the menu, I can’t wait to try an Umami Burger myself!
