Samantha Stosur's run at the Australian Open has come to an end, going down in straight sets to Czech Republic's Petra Kvitova.
Stosur had a golden opportunity to claim the first set when she led 5-3 in the first-set tiebreaker, but Kvitova reeled off four straight points to snatch the advantage.
From then on the Czech dominated and needed just the one break of serve to close the match out 6-3 in the second set.
