Deaf Teen Gets Selected To University Marching Band

A high school senior who is deaf in both ears, has been selected to join the marching band at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, KTHV-TV reports.

Mitchell Moore, who will be starting at the university as a freshman this fall, said he was selected for the cymbal line of the Razorback Marching Band after a rigorous six hour evaluation, beating out 60 other students for the spot.
